해빙기

3월초 샛강에 별이 뜬다

꽃샘 추위에 별자리 하나 새로 생겼다

꽃밭자리, 사계절을 모두 한꺼번에 볼 수 있도록

얼음밭에 뜬다.

수레바퀴처럼

동그랗게 방사선으로 뻗어

매화, 무궁화, 코스모스,

동백이 하얗게 피고,

얼어붙은 내 마음에도

방사선에 이끌려 별 하나 뜨고 있다

매화꽃 점점이 뿌려진 매화마을,

무궁화 동산,

코스모스 꽃길,

동백꽃 핀 바닷가 한꺼번에 모셔와

언 강에

꽃밭자리

뚜뚜뚜뚜

봄을 부른다.

The Ice

On the ice field ofSat Brook,

What presents itself, a star bed, a flower bed.

Rising stars anyone can see all through day and night,

Blooming flowers anyone can see all through four seasons.

Flowers stretch out their petals on all sides.

Maehwa, Mugunghwa, Cosmos, and the Snow Flower

Burst into blossom in whiteness,

Exchanging signs over the spatial-temporal barrier.

In my frozen mind,

A star rises, carrying a radiation figure on its surface.

Becoming a star glittering over the flower bed on the ice ofSat Brook,

I call the spring.
